Code of conduct

Membership is a privilege, not a purchase. These are the rules that keep the room worth being in.

Show up

If you say you will be somewhere, be there. If you cannot, say so early. Reliability is the whole point of this club.

No judgment

Every man in this room is at a different stage with a different kid and a different set of circumstances. Nobody here gets to grade another father's choices.

What is said here stays here

Personal things shared in sessions or in the forum stay in the club. Do not repeat another member's story, health, finances, or family situation outside it. Do not screenshot or forward forum content.

Ask before advising

Sometimes a man needs to say a thing out loud and be heard, not fixed. Ask whether advice is wanted before giving it.

No harassment, no exceptions

No harassment, discrimination, or intimidation on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, income, or anything else. No unwanted physical contact. No sexual comments directed at anyone.

No soliciting

The club is not a lead source. No selling, recruiting, political campaigning, or promoting your business to members without asking the organizer first.

Keep children safe

Members-only sessions are adults-only unless an event says otherwise. Photographs of other people's children are never taken or posted without a parent's explicit permission.

Taking or posting a photograph of another member's child without that parent's explicit permission ends your membership immediately. You will be removed from the club and from the member forum, without refund. This is not a warning-first matter: a photograph posted once cannot be unshared, and the safety of children in this club is not negotiable. If you believe a decision was made in error, email info@onlydads.cloud and it will be reviewed.

Alcohol

Some events may involve alcohol. If you drink, do not drive. Anyone who becomes aggressive or disorderly will be asked to leave.

Drinking and driving ends your access to alcohol at club events. If you drink and drive after an event, or arrive at one impaired, you will no longer be admitted to any event where alcohol is served. That applies whether or not charges are laid — the club acts on what happened, not on what a court decides. Your membership otherwise continues: you can still attend dry events, monthly sessions, and the forum. If you believe the decision was wrong, email info@onlydads.cloud and it will be reviewed.

Enforcement

We will talk to a member about a concern before acting. Serious breaches — harassment, violence, breaking confidentiality, or photographing a child without a parent’s permission — result in immediate removal. Removal for cause ends the membership without refund. If you are removed in error, email info@onlydads.cloud and the decision will be reviewed.

Reporting

If something happens that should not have, tell the organizer at the event or email info@onlydads.cloud. Reports are handled discreetly.
